We are excited to present the Anti-Racist Facilitation Guide for Co-op Development .

This facilitation guide seeks to offer practical tools for building more worker co-ops - including union co-ops - within Black and brown communities.

How to Use the Miro Board

Miro is a collaborative online whiteboard tool. For some people, it is intuitive and easy to use, for others, it is daunting and unapproachable. If you have never used Miro, we recommend watching an introductory video before you get started. Check out this video or this Getting Started guide from Miro Academy.

Step 1: Go to the Miro board

Visit the AntiRacist Guide to Co-op Development on the Miroverse site. If you do not have a Miro account, you may need to make one to copy the board. It’s free!

Step 2: Select “Use Template”

Once you open the board, there is a button in the top right corner that says Use Template. The button will take you to your own copy of the Miro board that lives in your account.

Step 3: Start designing your co-op!

Divided into five modules, each with an introductory page and video, the Anti-Racist Facilitation Guide to Co-op Development is designed to support your team on its cooperative development journey!

This guide has 5 modules for start-up co-ops .
